Enhancing a Lesson

Your readings and video for this week discussed the skills necessary for learning and innovation and provided examples in the context of problem solving and project-based learning contexts. With these examples in mind, analyze the sample lesson plan on Urban Communities Exploration provided in this week’s resources to determine how it can be enhanced to provide greater opportunity for students to apply the 21st century skills for learning and innovation. Also, consider how the emerging technologies highlighted in the Horizon Report could further enhance this study.

Post a description of how learning and motivation skills can be embedded in the Urban Communities Exploration lesson. Then, propose how the lesson can be further enhanced with technologies on the near or far horizon.
