Crisis Management and Planning
For this discussion: 
· Provide a synopsis of your site’s policy or protocol for managing crisis situations, such as a client who is suicidal, homicidal, actively psychotic, or aggressive and in need of assessment for hospitalization.
· Describe your site’s policy for following mandatory reporting laws.
· Describe plans you are considering for being proactive in at least two of the crises listed above. You may consider crises occurring when the client is in your office, at the agency, or on the phone.
