Proponents of deregulation believe the burden placed on coaches and compliance officers outweighs the benefits of regulating certain types of recruiting activities. Opponents of deregulation believe the elimination of the legislation will provide an unfair competitive advantage to schools with more resources and may also cause a burden of prospective student-athletes by causing coaches to contact them too frequently. Explain your stance on this issue.
