 1. (20 Points) Create a Student Grading Application using an Object Oriented Language of your choice. Which Adds, Edits, and Deletes student assignments onto a storage medium, with grades per student – per assignment – separated per Class. Assignments must be displayed in 2 groups – Homework and Test. Grades for each assignment per student must be calculated along with an overall Class grade for each student (displayed in both percentage and Letter grade). a. Program must include i. Subprograms with parameter passing ii. Abstract Data types iii. Encapsulation iv. Exception / Error Handling v. Must verify only valid scores are entered per assignment vi. Documented for maintenance purposes 2. (20 Points) Create a script that installs your entire application (including any Data files needed). The install script must create a folder on the computers C-drive and copy any application files to this folder. For Windows OS, install an Icon (that executes the Application) on the Desktop (this icon must appear on the Desktop of any user that logs into the computer). 3. (20 Points) Create a professional looking report that contains the following minimum requirements: a. Documents both programs – User manual format i. With screen shots ii. Flow charts iii. Documentation b. Gives the history and overview of the programming and scripting languages used c. Comparison between languages chosen and at least 3 other languages using: i. Readability ii.
