Write Essay – Research for Leaders

Consider a problem or an issue that is important currently in your organization (If you are currently not involved in an organization or workplace, think of a previous incident or issue with an organization with which you were previously involved. If you are having trouble thinking on something, the professor can provide you with a case study). If you were asked to look at ways to solve this problem, or make strides toward that end, how would you do it? Using the three articles you have already read and reported on, and one additional article (a total of four), discuss the issue or problem, analyze the research that has been done about this issue or problem in the articles you have found and use that research to inform how you would make a change at your organization. Discuss the change that you would make based on your analysis of the research. Your paper should be 8-10 pages, double-spaced, in 12pt. Times New Roman font. You should utilize APA for your references, in-text citations, and formation of your paper.
