1. What fitness activities are you currently participating in?
2. After reading chapter 2, what did you discover that you were NOT doing correctly (keep FITT principle in mind).
3. What fitness Myths did you believe prior to your studies this week? Myths are things that people believe are true, but they are not really true… like “no pain, no gain”.  (if you don’t feel you believed any myths – explain how you learned about proper fitness principles)
4. What personal Barriers do you have that contribute to you NOT exercising the way you should? (ie: lack of time/not interested in exercise….)
5. How do you plan to overcome those barriers?
