Based on Dr. Logan’s presentation about supervision and your own  thoughts about and experiences with supervision at your internship site,  write a “Thank You” letter to your supervisor. Specifically identify  key elements of supervision that you experienced. If you felt that there  were areas of weakness, then you may also highlight those. If you are  discussing areas of weakness, do so in a respectful manner. 
This is what I do at my internship site
 
I observed how to perform a variety of clerical tasks to process 
patients for their radiation appointments. I observed interviews and 
patients being registered and compassionately interacting with 
patients and their families. I observed confirming with the patient all 
applicable medical insurance company information and accurately 
entering data into the computer. I observed multi-tasking and 
adjusting priorities with attention to detail.

 
Patient Registrar in Radiation Oncology               Internship 01/2018-03/2018
 Performs a variety of clerical tasks to process patients for their radiation appointments.
 Interviews and registers patients and compassionately interacting with patients and their families.
 Confirms with the patient all applicable medical insurance company information and accurately 
entering data into the computer.

 Proficient on the hospital registration and multiple ancillary computer systems. Registers, verifies 
insurance, checks insurance eligibility, scans and retrieves documents in Soarian, Aria, and Outlook.
