1. The Role of a Systems Analyst”  Please respond to the following:

Use the Internet to research the role of a systems analyst.  Next, imagine you’re taking your first set of courses in your Information Technology career path with career goals of becoming a systems analyst. Determine the qualifications you must have to become a system analyst.

2. Agile Leadership Values”  Please respond to the following:
Essentially, Agile project management means using the best process through empowered teams, customer involvement, and the ability to analyze and quickly control changes to the project scope at inception and throughout the project for optimal successes. Take a position on whether or not there is such a thing as “Agile for Dummies”. Justify your response. 
Explain the core values of Agile project management and choose the measurements tools you would use to measure the core values and explain why.

3. Traditional Triangle vs. Agile Triangle” Please respond to the following:
From the e-Activity, identify the traditional triangle (scope, cost, and schedule) and the Agile triangle (value, quality, and constraints) in the story you found from the Internet.  
Explain the business benefits realized with Agile project management in the story you chose from Part 1 of this discussion.
