The data collection method that I will use for my topic concerning Obesity and its link to deadly diseases would be the mixed method. Researchers have used quantitative and qualitative when conducting studies for this topic and both methods have their pros and cons that are helpful in the overall concept of the research. The challenges that would be faced when obtaining personal interviews are the opinions that the participants and  random people (that may be asked to interview) will have toward the topic with some believing that it is caused by a person neglecting themselves and others who may suggest that it is a disease that can be reversed if the proper measures are taken in an ample amount of time to prevent diseases from growing. I would only interview who suffer or had suffered from the disease and get their opinion instead of asking people who may not relate or know the struggles that are surrounded by the disease.
