Hello Class. My name is Kelsey Bryant, I reside in Centerton, AR and I work from home for a revenue cycle company that is based out of North Carolina. Once I graduate with my Bachelor’s degree, I would like to become either a Patient Access Director of a health care organization or an Administrator of a skilled nursing facility. 
I have been on the business side of health care for close to three years now and can attest that it’s extremely critical with any type of organization but health care especially to ensure effective and efficient planning is set in place. Strategic planning is important with one, technology is evolving and up&coming constantly and must have a strong plan in place to ensure that the facility stays in communication and stays up to date. Also, each state has different laws, rules and regulations and with that being said, it’s important for certain plans to be set in place so that if A,B & C occur and it’s something that the organization is not legally able to do, then there needs to be specific processes and procedures put in place to ensure you are complying with both state and federal regulations.
