                                                                            CLASSMATE’S POSThen it comes to factor that made leaders successful, I will have to say there are many factors that can contribute to a successful leadership.  A great leader must be passionate about what they do, humility, good communication skills, and collaborative Skills. And effective leader must be able to collaborate with their followers not only that but making sure that their followers are successful. Because if you as a leader make your employees or followers successful, that’s going to make you as a leader successful. So therefore, the abilities to make others successfully is factor that contribute to a successful leadership. Another factor that made a great leader is the ability be supportive, doing all the things that you can do to provide the resources, and advice, and counsel to make those people who work under you successful makes one a successful leader. Because when they’re successful, you are successful, and the organization is successful as well these are key element that contribute to a successful leader.
