This assignment requires you to pre-plan an action research for Teaching Practice in a school. This plan will build on your
critical reflections on your own professional practice, and your understanding of the literature on engaging practices
in diverse professional contexts. The plan will identify a specific pedagogical issue related to engagement which you
intend to address. Your plan will outline the steps and procedures by which you intend to implement changes in your
teaching practices, in order to i) facilitate substantive student engagement in learning, and to ii) encourage learners
of all social and cultural backgrounds to have engaging and productive relationships with education, schools and
classrooms.
