Answer the following questions:

In terms of a community health assessment process, there are two (2) types of data, primary and secondary.  Please list three (3) different websites, not including the one above :>), a scholar, such as yourself, might use to access secondary data and thus, better understand the current health status of your favorite state in the US.
Utilizing the website, http://www.americashealthrankings.org, pick out your favorite state and list three (3) health status indicators of which you are most curious.  Now, let’s play make believe…..In order to better understand this data you have just chosen, you need to talk with some individuals to get their perspective on what these health status indicators may or may not mean.  If you were going to conduct a key informant interview, who might this key informant be (what profession might they represent) and what two (2) questions might you ask the informant about one (1) of these indicators.  If you were going to conduct a few focus groups, what two (2) questions might you pose to the focus groups in order to better understand a different indictor you picked from the website.
Fallon states that ‘health status indicators provide the information base for larger planning, advocacy, and action strategies that utilize existing resources in a community’.  In your own words, what does this mean to you?  Explain it till you are satisfied with your response.  That might be 3-4 sentences or 10-12 sentences.  Again, explain it till you are satisfied.
