In my reading, there are three primary schools of thought in contemporary Ethics, namely: (1) Consequentialism; (2) Deontology; and (3) Virtue Ethics.
It has different tactics and heads. The main idea is that morality is not based on rules, goodwill, or goals, but on our actions. consequences. It’s basically good happiness or happiness. For example, the benefits of being good for the maximum number are visible.
Morality has various types of government ethics. The main idea is that morality is based on rules, good intentions, and goals. As long as the human heart is in the right place, the consequences are irrelevant. Great goodness is obedience to rules or divine laws, whether it brings joy or pain. Religion is usually religion. Morality is a new kind of ethics. This role is a measure of all morality, and the main concept is that it is easy for everyone, including children. Unethical and broken promises are permanent. Morality depends on that (Aristotle, (2016)).
For those who defend justice, believe that if someone lives with practical intelligence, he can achieve a goal, or at least a goal of personal pleasure, sometimes referred. One is to live in harmony with the essence of man. There are four classic or core virtues: caution intelligence, justice strength (courage), and the same (self-control). These are clearly tested in Plato’s work. There are also three famous theological attributes in religion: faith, hope and love. Other attributes, such as perfection, respect, custody commitments, honesty, and citizenship, are usually described as multiplication and citizenship. In addition, we can add to the quality of the ‘five leaders’ with good and greatness, humility and determination to identify and expel (Aristotle, (2016)).

Ethics play a vital role in our societies and organizations at large. Ethics has contributed significantly to order, harmony and peace among people today. Organizational ethical on the other hand has helped organizations a great deal in establishing stable work environment and culture to help bring unity among the employees and employers hence making the organization more successful (Little & Little, 2018). Different people came up with various ethical perspectives which are today being used. These ethical schools include.
Consequentialism-This school of ethics propagated that ethical behavior could be determined by looking at the consequences that follow from the actions of an individual or a group of people. This, therefore, means that one cannot have the definition of what is ethical or not based on the action alone but taking the repercussions of the actions to make the final judgment about the action. This is one of the oldest ethical schools and was used for an extended period to determine the4 actions of individuals.
Deontological school of ethics the personal views and virtues. According to this school what is ethical or not is determined from an individual’s perspective. However, it was criticized based on the fact that people can act in a certain way that is considered evil and justify themselves that according to them it is ethical. This would result in chaos since each person has the freedom to act as he wants and defend himself.
Virtue ethics-This the last school of ethics and focuses on establishing universal moral principles that can be used to determine what is ethical or not (Kupperman, 2016). This school of ethics is one of the most commonly used today by individuals and organizations since they help establish a universally accepted code of conducts. Therefore, which of the above is the best school of ethics?
