He is well-versed problem-solver, timely innovator, customer-focused businessman, positive-thinker and an open-minded leader. He was able to see the potential of the company when he broadened PeopleSupport’s service to more comprehensive customer relationship management such as call centers.
He showcased his innovativeness when he switched the sales focus of the company from online agencies to large enterprise clients. One of his advices to new entrepreneurs is to build businesses that exceedingly matters to customers which demonstrates his passion to customer service. He believes that the exit of one’s success is far later than he can imagine. And lastly, he was vastly open to opportunities when he ventured into overseas contacts by considerably cutting the cost structure by opening contact centers in the Philippines and Costa Rica.
