The CIO website is aimed at fetching the best methods for representation of IT management topics, conference details and many others. It generalizes three prime aspects named as technology, leadership and IT drilldown. It is a truly splendid website with various sections like analysis, “HOT IT Topics” and “White Papers”.   
2.      Its overall `look and feel` and apparent target audience

The look and feel of the CIO website is in accordance to the standards quoted by Neilson (2001). Hyperlinks are consistently displayed to the left of the screen and layout complies with standard HTML conventions. Hyperlinks follow standard HTML conventions; they are blue and underlined providing clarity to the user. Links are self-describing and adhere to the heuristic guideline speak the users language (Kerzner, 2006). The logo “CIO” is there in every page and allows one to return back to the homepage. The very idea of adopting the right mechanism for usability and user acceptance is the key of success (Chapman, 2007).
The target audience are the various IT technological domains like developers, news gatherers and various IT management techniques.

The CIO site is very useful for sharing news, webcasts, various upcoming IT news, includes blogs depicting user experiences and a large section for technology and leadership news.
