Confidentiality Confidentiality is very important while working in a child’s workforce. Some information that concerns you needs to be shared but only with your super visor or maybe a parent or career. Other information needs to be strictly confidential. The only necessary information to be shared within all staff and not Just your super visor is food allergies, personal arrangements etc. For example, if a parent comes to you for some advice or a gossip about her having an argument with her other half, you keep hat information to yourself.
Unless you see signs or marks on the child that shows they’re in danger, then you have to inform your super visor of your concerns. This could cause more problems at home for the child and could make the abusive person angrier towards the helpless child.

Or even you could have Jumped to conclusions and the child has constant bruising from learning to ride a bike but falling off. If you have any major concerns then you need to go straight to your super visor or personal tutor for advice. Firstly you need to keep the issue confident until your certain it’s putting someone in danger. When you realizes someone’s in harm, you go straight and tell the person in charge.
