Please respond to this fellow student for Juvenile delinquency :

Class/Professor,
Gideon vs. Wainwright – even juveniles have the right to an attorney at any proceeding. This is same for adult and juveniles, everyone has right to attorney. only difference is children have a guardian ad litem present to decide whats best for child.
McKeiver vs, Pennsylvania- juveniles do not have right to jury trial unless convicted as an adult.  Adults do have right to jury trial.
The laws are different in each state with what is rape and isnt. But i do believe in every state that falls under it…just the penalties are different. I live in WV and its is
First-degree sexual assault for a person age 14 or older to have sexual intercourse with a person age 11 or younger
Third-degree sexual assault for a person age 16 or older to have sexual intercourse with a person under age 16 and at least four years younger than the actor
15 to 35 years in prison

The article is about the number of extinctions and how there is a possibility that humans are creating a 6th mass extinction. It has been said that, in the 20th century, the number of extinctions was up to 100 times higher than it has ever been before, within the last five mass extinctions. For years scientists has been warned about this because this is similar to the extinctions that wiped out the dinosaurs. Although the sixth mass extinction has not yet been confirmed, but the team that is behind the analysis says that intensifying efforts needs to be stop in order to slow the extinctions currently underway. Plants to be extinct comes from a different way. Most animals at the top of the food chain create the fine balance for other animals and plant species. If an animal is removed from the top of the food chain, then animals that eats plants and fruits will start to increase in which there would be no more plants left then those animals will die of starvation. If he food chain is removed by extinction then the fine balance is affected. Humans are the reasons why extinctions are going fast by all the ways we are changing the planet. There are different way that we can slow down the process or prevent animal extinction from happening. Not buying products made from endangered species such as coral or ivory. Buy local foods, smaller farms usually do less environmental damage and are committed to ethical farming practices.  Eating less meat causes a huge impact on the environment. It prevents the harming the welfare of those endangered species. Petition politicians to this day are trying to get laws passed so that the animals are protected and givien back the habitats they need to thrive.
