View the CNN video that depicts the devastation in the Florida Panhandle after Michael’s arrival. Understanding what needs to be rebuilt in this region of Florida and along the storm’s path as it heads into Georgia and the Carolinas, describe the roles of two (2) stakeholders you believe should be involved in this hazard (at any phase/mission area: preparedness, mitigation, response, and recovery). DO NOT mention/discuss FEMA/DHS and BE SPECIFIC as to an organization/agency (for example, if you want to discuss local government, what departments of local government should be identified).
