Decision Making 8.1

  
1. Prepare a Power Point Presentation on How to Make Effective Decisions from Chapter 12 in Bazerman: 
a. You may use personal experience or examples from the book or research. Review some successful business or personal decisions you have made or others have made and explain why they were successful. (First person can be used, but not the first person plural)
 b. Prepare a Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation of 8 to 12 slides with a combination of pictures, illustrations, graphs or charts. (Eight is the minimum NOT including the title or reference slides)
 c. Use all the tools learned in Bazerman chapters 1 through 12 to highlight those traits, tools, and insights that one can use to make better managerial, business, and personal decisions. Refer to information from the reading and information from the Internet or academic sources.

 
d. Include a reference slide for references. Be sure to include Internet search findings and research from references from the chapters on how to make effective decisions.
2. Identify and describe the primary dimensions of credibility.

 
– Identify and discuss the forms of credibility as support for arguments.

 
– Identify and briefly explain at least three of the general principles for the use of credibility.

 
– Explain how credibility is a dynamic process.  

 
– Discuss how credibility changes with spheres.
