Differentiation & Math and the Bible

Topic: Differentiation
In her book, How to Differentiate Instruction in Mixed-Ability Classrooms (2005), Carol Ann Tomlinson advocates that “in a differentiated classroom, the teacher proactively plans and carries out varied approaches to content, process, and product in anticipation of and response to student differences in readiness, interest, and learning needs” (p. 7).
 
Select a math topic and list 4 ways that you could differentiate the content (what is taught or what one expects students to learn), the process (opportunity for learners to process the content or ideas), and the product (assignments that help students rethink, use, and extend what they have learned over a long period of time).

Write a brief lesson of how you would integrate the Bible while teaching a math concept. Make sure to include an activity for the students and one that you will do with them. Provide details!
