Describe a potential timing issue that can occur early in a project and a potential timing issue that can occur at the end of a project. How would you address each of these issues in your project?

Timing is critical when allocating resourcing to projects. Resourcing the project comes at a cost and hence the number of resources on any given time of a project are crucial. Project managers often run into issues with timing resources on projects. One such issue can happen at the beginning of the project, which is the timing of bringing resources on board the project. It is critical for a project manager to have appropriate resource(s) on the team, but more than that, availability of the resources is more important. Project manager cannot on board the resources earlier than the project start date as it is costly and at the same time, project manager cannot risk taking a chance in delaying leading to resource unavailability, which ultimately will cause project delay. To combat this, project manager needs to assign the resources as soon as possible. This will not only help in risk aversion in finding an important resource but will also establish an effective head start to the project. If the project doesn’t have enough resources allocated in time, certain aspects of the project, such as project scope and timeline must be revised keeping all the stakeholders informed (Garrett, 2012).
          Project manager also must deal with resource timing issues at the end of project. These issues include, but are not limited to, releasing, rewarding and recognizing the employees. Rewarding and recognizing resources is critical for project managers, and they are responsible for growth, promotion and overall project allocation of the resources. Resources also need to be released from the project as and when needed. Resources could be released based on project budget or other issues. In such cases, it becomes important to identify the build up and release of workforce.

 The procedures required to deal with the opportunities fulfillment of a venture is known as potential timing issues. Correct timing is everything for any project. If timing is correct, then it is indefinite that we can see success.  Any team or company has one common shared goal and they always want to make sure the goal is achieved on time and the objectives are met as required. Every project has an initial phase and a closeout phase. It is very important that all the projects carried out during these phases are maintained in a timely manner. Good and bad timing is something that we need to make sure in any business.  Every individual who is on-boarded into the team should understand the in and out of the project and should coordinate along with the team members accordingly to attain the given time frame and complete the task on time. The closing of a project will be considerably challenging for many project managers and stakeholders. To be more precise about the problem the project managers usually follow a traditional methodology in executing and closing aa project. Since the execution phase is completed even before the closing procedure begins. For e.g.: let’s assume a construction project where the project stages are not sequential but composed of multiple tasks performed independently and by different vendors. Each task has its own planning and time frames even if it has to be a small project. In this case, closing must be performed for every stage before moving to the next stage. Additional waiting can be costly and could result in incomplete tasks. For us to have a successful project closeout should never be considered as a task after completing all the construction. Information is the key here it should be identified and used for completion of tasks in a timely manner.
