Respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words: 

Choose an issue recently covered in the news faced by a business in the United States. Discuss the issue involved. Explain how the law and constitution were applied in the resolution.

Example:

 A good example of the viability and flexibility of our U.S. Constitution is the evolution of the practice of separating the black and white races from each other under the doctrine of “separate but equal or segregation” to the practice of integrating the black and white races. The evolution began historically with the landmark U.S. Supreme Court case Plessy v. Ferguson (1896) in which the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that as long as the accommodations were equal, the black and white race could be separated legally. This practice or rule of law 60 years late with the landmark case, Brown v. Board of Education (1954).
