Read Kirk Semple’s essay, “Moving to U.S. and Amassing a Fortune, No English Needed” by attach below
Draft a persuasive response (minimum 500 words) that specifically addresses Semple’s argument that “an entrepreneur can do just fine without English—especially with the aid of modern technology, not to mention determination and ingenuity.”
In your essay response, also address Felix Sanchez de la Vega Guzman’s argument that, “You don’t need English” in America to be successful. Include whether you would apply Guzman’s argument to all immigrants in America. Agree or disagree with Messrs. Semple and Guzman, but take a firm stand on the issue.

Begin the Works Cited page at the end of your essay or research paper. The page must be titled Works Cited centered at the top of the page, followed by a list of the citations. The Works Cited page must be numbered. For example, if the last page of the text of your essay is 2, then the Works Cited page will begin on Page 3.
Make sure that the text of your essay includes in-text citations for both sources.
When you review the model essay in the “Handouts and Course Documents section, notice that there is one short quote (from research) in the paper. Most of the writing in the paper is created by you, the student, not quoted from another source.
Do not send me essays in which a large part is quoted material. I want your writing based on your research.
