The strategies of the businesses should be developed with the aid of identification of the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Business use of SWOT analysis, a business can understand its position in the market. The aim of SWOT analysis is to help in the development of marketing strategies and also help in supporting the internal relationships. The organization is maintained not in the properly structured way then it is the effect on the internally that implies the effect on the proper service delivery to the clients.
 A company to focus on the inward side of the business, strengths, and weaknesses should be used to examine its resources and experiences. On the other hand, opportunities and threats are used to focus on external assessment. the threat of the organization involves those external factors which have potential harms to an organization. 
It requires some guesswork for an organization to analyze its threats, and this analysis can be overly subjective. Some of the threats in an organization are tangible, while others are only intuitive guesses. The organization staff should be able to recognize the negative factors for the competitor’s products then our market should focus on that negativity overcome by our product. 

For example:
 A competitor’s business enterprise can also have simply introduced the release of a brand new product that plays better and costs less than your product does, for this reason making it more difficult on your employer to acquire its preferred income targets. The instance of weakness within your enterprise is probably which you have little studies and development finances available, making enhancements to your product extra tough to fit your competitor’s new product. 
So,  The organization weakness and threats will interlink to each other and the organization needs to handle that in a proper way.
