You  also learned about the attitudes of minority workers serving minority  communities and minority and nonminority workers serving clients from  different cultures.
In this assignment, explore the influence of diversity  in the workplace in addition to the effects of diversity of client  populations on direct service workers.

Discuss the effects of service providers working in their own culture.
Discuss the effects of service providers working with different cultures.
