Presentation is the practice of showing and explaining the content of a topic to the audience or learner. Effective presentation skills are required in almost every career field to get the message or opinion across to your audience. As the author of your Information Technology Strategic Plan (ITSP), you must effectively present the ITSP information and recommendations clearly and effectively to your CIO and leadership. Based on the detailed analysis and review of your chosen organization, identify three recommendations you would provide regarding the strategic information technology directions of the organization. One of your recommendations must be on strategic security requirements of the organization.For your initial post, you will create a PowerPoint presentation and a 3-5 minute screencast video of your PowerPoint. Quick-start guides for Screencast-O-Matic and Jing are provided for your convenience.Your presentation should be a minimum of three minutes and a maximum of five minutes in length.Once your screencast is complete, upload your MP4 video file or paste the URL for the screencast video into your initial post and attach your PowerPoint presentation to the post prior to submitting it for grading.Guided Response: Review several of your classmates’ presentations, and respond to at least two of your peers by 11:59 p.m. on Day 7 of the week. You are encouraged to post your required replies early during the week to promote more meaningful and interactive discourse in this interactive assignment. For your responses, you will take on the role of the CIO and review your peers’ presented recommendations. Evaluate your peer’s suggested solution and consider whether or not the solution clearly addresses the business needs. Suggest at least two areas where the proposed solution needs to be clarified.
