Journal Entries should be well thought out and contain a minimum of 500 words of double spaced entry no larger than 12 point font. ALL TOPICS MUST BE ANSWERED FOR FULL CREDIT.

Topic One:

How do you feel about your life? Make a list of rewards that are meaningful to you. List the positive aspects of your life. What would you like to change? What keeps you from changing? What are your goals for your life? How do you plan to accomplish them? Make notes in your journal on your personal wellness components. How’s your mental, physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual health? Be specific.

Topic Two:

What stress responses have you experienced lately? Today? This week? What made them go away? How do you deal with stress? List and identify strategies that you could utilize to help with stressors in you life. Using the textbook as a guide, list some strategies that you can use to help you deal with stress. How does your cultural background relate to your stress?

Topic Three:

Without commitment, no intimate relationship can flourish. Parents, children, siblings, friends, and lovers all need to acknowledge that they are in it together for the long run. Love.., it seems that no other concept has puzzled humankind as much as this.

Communication is the key in all relationships. In your culture are there differences in communication because of gender? If you were to make an attempt to define love, how would you begin to describe your interpretation of this concept? Is your expression of love limited by your level of self-acceptance? In your expression of love to others, do you find that you attach conditions, maybe without realizing it? When was the first time you fell in love? Did it last? Why or why not? What advice can you give to others regarding Love?
