Assignment 2: Team Analysis Report

Many teams face the challenge of flat performance; they may underperform by failing to reach their stated goals. For this assignment, you are to identify an experience where you are (or were) a part of a team, describe the team’s background, and evaluate its performance in a 3–5 page report.

Later in the course (M7 Assignment 2) you will continue to evaluate the same team’s goals, strategies, dysfunctions or failings, and recommend a team building strategy to assist in its performance.
