For this reflection assignment, you will continue to support Mr. Carefree and his daughter Peggy. Please review Module 04 Case Study Advocacy in Action before completing this assignment.

You learned that Mr. Carefree is now making improvements in caring for Peggy and spending less time socializing at his local bar after work.

Your task is to write a 1-2 page paper  describing your plan to encourage Mr. Carefree’s engagement in Peggy’s education. Use the strategies you learned in the Online Lecture Best Practices in Family Engagement to create your plan.

5. He is apprehensive about attending an Open House at Peggy’s school as he has never attended one before and does not know what to expect. Describe how you would encourage him to attend.
6. Include an example of how you would explain what an Open House is to him.
7. Mr. Carefree wants to volunteer in Peggy’s classroom on his day off. Describe some classroom activities you might ask him to assist.
8. Include how you would find out about any special skills or talents he may have.
9. Describe your plan to assist Mr. Carefree to enhance his parenting skills.
10. Identify how you would assist Mr. Carefree with learning more about typical milestones 5-year-old Peggy should be reaching.
