Managing Change at Multiple Levels

Organizational change is a complex process, and successful leaders must be able to manage issues at the individual employee level, team level, and organization–external environmental level.

Tasks:Using an organization with which you are familiar, discuss the potential impact of change initiatives on each of the three levels mentioned above.

In your response:

– Discuss the specific challenges change leaders typically encounter at each level.

– Propose specific measures to address and resolve the challenges discussed at each level.

 -Identify specific ethical issues that could arise at each level.

– Propose measures to effectively manage the ethical issues identified.

Your final product will be in a Microsoft Word document of approximately 3–5 pages in length. Utilize at least two sources from professional literature in your research. Professional literature may include the Argosy University online library resources, relevant textbooks, peer-reviewed journal articles, and websites created by professional organizations, agencies, or institutions (.edu or .gov). Your response should demonstrate ethical scholarship in appropriate and accurate representation and attribution of sources (i.e., APA) and display accurate spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
