You are a higher-level leader in a small engineering firm.  Your organization has been struggling to meet goals for the past six months.  In the last two months your organization has operated at a financial loss. Turnover has increased, with employees stating they are concerned that the firm will have to close soon.  Your organization has been offered a large contract to perform services, but your Board of Directors is reluctant to accept it given the issues your organization is facing.  You will need to prepare a presentation designed to demonstrate the organizational changes you plan and how they will lead to more effective operations within the organization.  For this portfolio deliverable, you will be required to submit a 12-14 slide presentation. You may use MS PowerPoint or an Internet-based presentation tool such as Prezi or Slide Rocket.
Your presentation should minimally address the following:

A recommendation for how the organization should be structured to achieve effectiveness.
A communication plan to address both external and internal communications.
A process for both decision making and problem solving.
A recommendation and justification of a managerial approach.
A recommendation and justification of a leadership approach.
Include a title slide and reference slide. Use outside academic sources other than the textbook, course materials, or other information provided as part of the course materials. You must support your work with a minimum of five academic sources and include detailed notes with your presentation.
