3.  Identify the number and type of students with disabilities and/or gifted learners observed in the classroom in a third identified video.

a.  Describe the accommodations or modifications to instruction that were made by the teacher to address the needs of students with disabilities and/or gifted learners.

c.  Describe two ways you suggest the teacher could further support the students with disabilities and/or gifted learners in this classroom.

4.  Describe how the teacher in a fourth identified video differentiates instruction to engage ELL students in a listening, speaking, reading, writing, or thinking activity.

a.  Evaluate the effectiveness of the differentiation of instruction observed in part B4.

C.  Reflect on your current teaching philosophy as it relates to diverse and exceptional learners using evidence from at least three of the videos watched in part A for the following points.

•   Briefly describe, your current teaching philosophy for diverse and exceptional learners

•   Describe strategies observed in the videos that you would like to emulate, including evidence from at least one video as support. Identify the video by title or case number.

•   Describe strategies observed in the videos that you would like to avoid, including evidence from at least one video as support. Identify the video by title or case number.

•   Describe characteristics of a classroom environment observed that you would like to teach, including evidence from at least one video as support. Identify the video by the title or case number.
