Obstacles for Offenders Reentry

The Administrative Position Paper must be no less than twelve (12) discussion pages but no more than fourteen (14) pages in length.The Administrative Position Paper must be completed in a Microsoft Word, typed and double-spaced, using font size 12 and one-inch margins. While extensive research is not the object of the Administrative Position Paper, students shall use and list no less than fifteen (15)  different reference sources, using a standard APA** format. Multiple uses of a single source reference will detract from your grade. Students are expected to use proper grammar and punctuation. Proper APA** style citations must be used. No more than 15% percent of the paper can be QUOTED material.  This paper is designed to be the author’s original work. Each reference must be annotated and each annotation must be 4+ complete sentences. You should have no information in your paper that is older than 2004.  The reason is so that the information you are provided is less than 18 years old.  Any older, would dilute your work as things could have changed. The 4 factors are listed below:   
· Offenders rely heavily on their families for housing and financial support once they are released. 
· Offenders have a hard time finding and maintaining employment in the year following their reentry into society. 
· When offenders are released they often live with their parents or siblings. 
· The offenders are often brought back into the prison system from parole violations. 
The conclusion of the paper should be 1 complete page. The Action recommended must be 2 complete pages. The references should be annotated and there should be a total of 15 references.
