Write an 800 to 1200 word paper in which you discuss the following:

· How the Constitution addressed the complaints in the Declaration of Independence?

· How the Constitution addressed the weaknesses in the Articles of Confederation?

· Discuss the Great Compromise and how representation of states in Congress is determined?

· Discuss the North-South Compromise and how representation of states in Congress was determined.  Note: This is not the North-South Compromise of 1850. This is the North-South Compromise at the Constitutional Convention of 1787.

What are the differences of the power of Congress to tax between the Articles and the Constitution?
Can individual states be deprived of their equal representation in the Senate?
What is the role of the Census in determining representation in the House of Representatives?
