An important role of the project manager is to communicate project progress to the corporate sponsor and project steering committee. Understanding team leadership will reinforce the project manager’s role and authority on a project and the importance of a structured team model.
This assignment requires the student to prepare a presentation with speaker notes that describes the team structure for the project. Your audience for the presentation is the project sponsor and other executives of the company.
Use the same company and project idea you use in the Learning Team assignment this week.
Create a 10- to 15-slide MSPowerPoint presentation.
Cite at least two credible references. Wikipedia, eHow, businessdictionary.com, and the like are not acceptable academic sources.
Format the presentation consistent with APA guidelines. Include APA-formatted citations on all slides, as necessary.
