I think in the next two decades the important areas of the constitution will involve the Fourth Amendment Unreasonable searches and seizures because of the rapid pace at which technology in the area of communication is advancing. The laws of the land are not keeping pace with what communication devices are now capable of doing. The laws have barely scratched the surface with drone operations and the new micro-drones that are available to the general public are very hard to detect and can be used by law enforcement as well as private citizens and create some serious legal questions that will ultimately have to be answered by the United States Supreme Court (USSC). I believe the Court will be deciding cases that involve how evidence was obtained and the requests to suppress evidence that was obtained with some new technology that does not exist now but will in the near future.
