In Japan, it is a cultural expectation for employees to work overtime. So many people die from exhaustion/overwork that there is a Japanese term for this.

Do people trust doctors? Why or why not? In some cultures, traditional healers have more credibility when modern doctors. Why? How does this affect how they seek healthcare?

In some cultures, depression is not a real concept. They understand it as a religious punishment, deep sadness, or a pain that they must go through.
