Assignment:

The goal of the paper is to examine multiple primary and secondary sources in order to develop an argument about the methods, goals, accomplishments, purposes, modes, and/or content of the subject
Introduce topic by giving a broad overview of its issues, history, themes, problems, importance or the questions that are driving your research.
Introduce primary sources by giving a brief explanation of the insights they give into your topic.
Advance a thesis statement that either explains that main insights you’ve gained through your research, or provides an answer to some or all of your main research questions, or suggests a solution to a major problem associated with your topic, or outlines how your two primary sources are working with/against each other.
