Introduction – This should grab the attention of the reader.
What is the problem? Discuss the issue and define the problem your application will solve. You can also include what would happen if it is not resolved. State your information clearly and concisely. Why is it important to connect with your specific target audience? You can include references to research that prove what you are proposing is necessary for the audience you’ve identified.
How will you solve the problem? This section is the most important part of the document. Information in this section should include the preferred platform/format, the main components of your application, and the kinds of expertise that will be employed.
Executive summary – The conclusion should sum up the major points. It should be strong and leave the reader with an excellent final impression of the application.

What problem related to a bees extinction will your software solve?
Who is the target audience? Be specific. Don’t give an answer like “everyone”. The target part of the question means who specifically would be the ideal audience – who would get the most out of using the application or site? 
What are the main components of your program (like the rooms in a house). For example, if it is a utility application, what are the main menu items/features and what type of data does it manage?
What kinds of expertise are needed to build the application (like the tools needed to build your house)? For example, would you need someone who knows how to animate? Someone who has strong graphic design skills? Do you know yet what programming language you would use? If so, why would you use that language?
Enticing description of your application, approximately two to three paragraphs for your introduction.
