Specific changes in my resume that helped to emphasize my selected skills

In my resume, I included the ability to relate with students and the staff because today’s teaching environment is faced with various challenges that damage the relationship between the members in learning institutions. I also added critical thinking skills as they have on various occasions helped in coming up with solutions to learning problems that students experience. The inclusion of strong multitasking abilities emphasize that when faced with students of different characters, I can apply my multitasking abilities to teach all of them at the same time.

Career goal-

First Grade Teacher

I believe that I am qualified because for the last 3 years I have worked as a full time teacher in a classroom. For the last 2 years I have been in a first grade room. During this time I have learned how to differentiate teaching, use assessment data in the classroom, grow each of my students, master center-based learning, and have great classroom management skills. I also have knowledge in all elementary grades. I also believe that I am 1qualified because I have a specialization in ELL and working with children from different cultural backgrounds. Another great qualification is working well with my co-workers. It is important to work as a team even in teaching.

Updated Resume-

I have not had a resume for 3 years now since I am working for the school. The changes I will make will be updates to my qualifications listing my degree in 2 weeks when I finish as well as my specialization in ELL. I also included the data assessments I have been using for the last few years and knowledge of how to understand them and use them in the classroom. Also my skills in lesson planning and differentiated centers for students. Lastly I will update with my experience in the classrooms.
