I have decided to complete my BSN in nursing because it is a lifetime achievement for me as a nursing student, and I wish to further my education. Concerns about completing my BSN degree is balancing work and school, following up with school, and being able to complete my work in a timely manner. 

Strategies I can implement to be a successful student is studying smarter, and not harder. By studying smarter, this means studying effectively, and not studying for prolonged periods of time. This also means to split my studying into segments, and as opposed to studying without any breaks or nonstop (Minority Nurse 2015). I can study smarter by also isolating myself from any distractions, such as excessive nosie that may cause a hiderance to my learning. “Successful students are motivated by what their goals represent in terms of career aspirations and life’s desires” (Lake, Baeyer, 2005). By setting goals, I can establish a positive attitude towards learning and academic achievement. This furthers my learning as a student, when I desire to become better.

FYI: Please write a response to the above.  Using 200-300 words APA format with at least two references. Sources must be published within the last 5 years. There should be a mix between research and your reflections. Add critical thinking in the posts along with research. Apply the material in a substantial way.
