Your paper needs a lot more data and statistics to make a stronger case for action and meet our assignment guidelines. First, you have not provided any data or statistics besides the 28 million people who currently lack health insurance. You must include data on the number of uninsured prior to Obamacare, data about the surveys that shows people are “individualistic” and do not want government intervention (which I’m not sure is true), data on the industry – total cost of healthcare as percent of GDP or annual budget, average cost per citizen, average insurance pay, etc.

 Second, you did not describe a particular sector that is affected, e.g. you may choose to focus on the hospitals or health insurers but this paper is about BUSINESS and public policy, so you must identify a business to focus on. 

Third, you need to analyze in greater details current initiatives and proposals including Bernie Sander’s proposed universal healthcare. Also, consider expanding your analysis of Obamacare.  Fourth, your recommendation about providing healthcare for free is unrealistic – where is the money going to come from? Healthcare currently takes closer to 20% of our GDP, this is in the billions of dollars and the government has no money, in fact it is borrowing billions to pay for its other obligations. Finally, your references at the end MUST be used in the text every time you include some data or statement (see our syllabus for examples but the format is (author, year). 
In addition, you have some lay language which should not be used in a college level research paper. Good topic but your paper is too general, with no data and convincing arguments for action.
