In chapter 10, the author the need for organizations to demonstrate compliance with potentially multiple sets of requirements. Think about your organization, or if you do not currently hold a position, think of an organization for which you’d like to work in the future. What major regulations impose requirements on your organization? Give several specific examples of how the chosen regulation impacts your organization’s strategic goals. How do regulatory compliance requirements align with your organization’s strategic goals? How do the same regulatory requirements provide obstacles to achieving your organization’s goals?
