Program Evaluation  In this assignment, you will shift your focus to program evaluation and the Ruby Lake community. As a result of the needs assessment conducted earlier, the city has begun a jobs training program for this neighborhood in conjunction with one of the local companies. In the interactive segments “Action Research Planning” and “Action Research Evaluation” from the Riverbend City Missions media, you will hear information from the evaluator of the program and her presentation to two different groups.  For this assignment, you will critique the evaluation that was performed. Your critique should consider the following: •If you were using the objective-based approach, what objectives would you have that would allow you to perform both summative and formative evaluations? Note that this evaluation was conducted using an action research method. •How would your procedures differ from the ones outlined in the two segments from the Riverbend City Missions media using this new approach? Defend your decisions for the changes, using references from scholarly literature. •Would you change the groups to whom you reported?
