Learning Outcomes  This week students will: 1.Explain the theoretical perspectives of organizational learning and their applications in practice. 2.Apply the concept of lifelong learning to past learning successes and failures. 3.Apply ethical principles and professional standards of learning and cognition psychology to teaching or counseling others in the workplace.     Introduction  Learning does not end at high school or college. There are many types of learning that occur in the workplace, such as on-the-job training, mentoring, onboarding, professional development, and continuing education. This week we will focus on various types of organizational learning and learning throughout the lifespan.
